Club Rules

C.O.B.R.A. Racing Army Club Rules                                

Article I: General Conduct

Section 1: Integrity and Honor 1.1. Members of the C.O.B.R.A. Racing Army Club shall conduct themselves with the utmost integrity and honor in all Club-related activities and interactions. 1.2. Dishonesty, cheating, or any form of unethical behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the Club.

Section 2: Family Values 1.3. Members are expected to prioritize their family values and responsibilities above Club activities. 1.4. The Club shall support and respect the family commitments of its members.

Article II: Self-Respect and Respect for Others

Section 1: Self-Respect 2.1. Members shall maintain self-respect and engage in activities that do not harm their physical or mental well-being. 2.2. Reckless behavior, substance abuse, or any activity detrimental to self-respect shall be discouraged and may result in intervention by senior members.

Section 2: Respect for Others 2.3. Members shall treat fellow members, guests, and all individuals with respect and courtesy, regardless of differences in opinions, backgrounds, or cultures. 2.4. Discrimination, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated within the Club.

 

Article III: Avoiding Unwelcome Attention

Section 1: Protection of the Club's Reputation 3.1. Members shall avoid engaging in any activity that could bring unwelcome attention to the Club, potentially tarnishing its name or the reputation of individual members. 3.2. Members must exercise discretion in their public and online interactions, refraining from sharing sensitive Club-related information without authorization.

Section 2: Legal Compliance 3.3. Members shall abide by all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, ensuring that Club activities do not run afoul of the law. 3.4. Any legal issues or involvement with law enforcement that may jeopardize the Club shall be reported to senior members promptly.

Article IV: Disciplinary Measures

Section 1: Violation of Rules 4.1. Any member found in violation of these rules may be subject to disciplinary action. 4.2. Disciplinary actions may include warnings, suspension, or expulsion from the Club, as determined by senior members in consultation with the Club's leadership.

Article V: Amendments

Section 1: Amendment Process 5.1. These rules may be amended or modified as deemed necessary by senior members and members in good standing, following the same amendment process as outlined in the Club Constitution.

These rules, as presented, were adopted by the founding members of the C.O.B.R.A. Racing Army Club on July 20, 2023. All members are expected to abide by these rules to maintain the Club's integrity, honor, and sense of camaraderie.
