C.O.B.R.A. RACING ARMY CONSTITUTION
Article I: Name and Purpose
Section 1: Name The name of this club shall be the "C.O.B.R.A. Racing Army," hereafter referred to as "the Club."
Section 2: Purpose The purpose of the Club is to embody the rebel spirit, promote honor, camaraderie, and the unquenchable thirst for adventure among individuals united by their love for speed and rebellion in motorsports. The Club will serve as a band of brothers bound by these common values.
Article II: Membership
Section 1: Membership Types 1.1. The Club shall be by invitation only. 1.2. Senior Members: Men over 35 years old (Crusty Bastards) shall be considered senior members and hold a distinct position within the Club.
Article III: Finances
Section 1: Subscriptions 3.1. The Club shall collect subscriptions from its members to support its activities and operations.
Article IV: Activities and Events
Section 1: Motorsports and Entertainment 4.1. The Club will engage in various forms of motorsports, including but not limited to, racing events, car shows, monster trucks, and X-Games exhibitions. 4.2. The Club will also host festivals of all types to enhance the entertainment experience. 4.3. Other events that promote the rebel spirit and the love for adventure may be organized at the discretion of the Club.
Article V: Cultural Unity and Education
Section 1: Cultural Unity 5.1. The Club shall actively work to unite cultures of all types, fostering an environment of inclusivity and diversity among its members.
Section 2: Camaraderie Education 5.2. The Club shall endeavor to pass on the value of camaraderie to the younger generation, harking back to the culture experienced by older generations before the advent of the internet and cell phones.
Article VI: Secrecy and Organic Growth
Section 1: Secrecy 6.1. The Club shall adhere to the principle inspired by the "Fight Club" movie, emphasizing discretion, and members shall refrain from discussing Club matters with non-members.
Section 2: Organic Growth and Sub-Chapters 6.2. The Club shall have the flexibility to grow organically around the world, giving rise to sub-chapters or branches in different regions.
Article VII: Alliances and Affiliations
Section 1: Clubs with Similar Interests 7.1. The Club may form alliances or affiliations with other clubs that share similar interests in motorsports and a rebel attitude, fostering a sense of unity among like-minded organizations.
Article VIII: Amendments
Section 1: Amendment Process 8.1. Any member may propose amendments to this Constitution. 8.2. Proposed amendments shall be discussed and voted upon by senior members and other members in good standing. 8.3. An amendment shall be adopted if it receives a two-thirds majority vote from senior members and members in good standing.
Article IX: Dissolution
Section 1: Dissolution 9.1. In the event that the Club decides to dissolve, any remaining assets shall be distributed in a manner determined by the senior members, ensuring that the Club's spirit and purpose are honored.
This constitution, as presented, was adopted by the founding members of the C.O.B.R.A. Racing Army on [7/20/2023]. It shall serve as the guiding document for the Club's operations and activities. Amendments may be made as deemed necessary by the membership.
